Our policies and reports help families understand how our school works. Our annual report and school plan show what we’ve done and how we’re improving each year. Our policies address attendance, absences, behaviour, uniform and how we respond to your concerns.
Annual school report
Each year, schools share their progress through an Annual School Report, providing families with a clear picture of achievements, priorities and future directions.
As Box Hill Public School opened in 2025, we are currently completing our foundation year of learning, growth and community building. Our first Annual School Report will be published once available, capturing the milestones, successes and next steps from our inaugural year.
We look forward to sharing this important reflection with our community as we continue to grow together and build strong foundations for the years ahead.
School excellence plan
Our School Excellence Plan (SEP) is a living document that outlines our priorities in learning, teaching and leading. It identifies our key focus areas for improvement and the steps we’ll take to achieve them.
As a new school, we’re excited to shape our SEP in partnership with our growing community. With the support of our newly formed P&C Association, we will consult with families to ensure our plan reflects the values, aspirations and ideas our community would love to see at Box Hill Public School. Together, we’ll create a roadmap that guides our journey toward excellence.
School behaviour support and management plan
Our school has a school behaviour support and management plan (SBSMP). The SBSMP helps us create a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment for all students. It sets clear expectations for student behaviour. This includes how we respond to bullying and cyberbullying. We work together with our school community to shape the plan and review it each year.
