The canteen serves a variety of healthy options, promoting good nutrition, while the shaded COLA (Covered Outdoor Learning Area) ensures that students can play and socialise in comfort, regardless of the weather. In addition, indoor play spaces offer a secure and stimulating environment for students to engage in physical activity during breaks.

Looking ahead, the school is set to move into a state-of-the-art, purpose-built campus in 2028, which will serve as a hub of innovation and excellence. This exciting new site will further enhance the school's commitment to providing a top-tier education and will offer cutting-edge facilities that inspire creativity, collaboration, and future-focused learning.

The library at Box Hill Public School is a vibrant hub where students are inspired to explore, create, and innovate. Our sports fields are designed to keep students active, engaged, and having fun year-round. In the winter months, the fields are set up for soccer, offering plenty of space for students to get involved in the action, whether they’re playing for fun or practicing their skills. During the summer, cricket takes centre stage, giving students the perfect opportunity to enjoy this classic Australian sport. The hard surface playgrounds are also equipped with marked areas for popular games, so students can easily jump into a game of basketball, hopscotch, or other favourites during recess.
